I am currently completing the whole life challenge and every few days, I get sent emails around practices that support improving my life from the inside out. Most of the time, I just flick the message straight into the bin but the title of this Article really grabbed my attention. It left me thinking- what is my chaos monkey? How can I better deal with 'failure'? and How can I better support others to do the same?

I would love your thoughts, ideas and suggestions around this- lets let the monkeys loose!

You're right, an interesting read Sarah, I tried to ignore the section of body parts self review haha! Instead I migrated to idea of self review and asking valuable questions after things go wrong.

  1. How could I have detected this sooner?
  2. What can I do to prevent it from happening again?

On a personal level, we've had difficulty with people in our lives being dishonest and I find myself wondering if I could made a better judgement about those people - before things got out of hand. Update...I'm still processing this, humans are just so unpredictable!

On a professional level, it is comforting to know that through failings we can strive to understand what happened, and make necessary changes in our actions to ensure things are done differently - better. Sounds like professional inquiry to me :-)
